Terms of Service
Effective September 2, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of DogJabber, including member profiles, dog profiles, provider services, business listings, reviews, referrals, payments, competitions, messaging, and related features.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and use DogJabber lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. DogJabber may restrict or suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, impersonation, harassment, unsafe conduct, or violations of these Terms.
2. Members, providers, and businesses
DogJabber provides technology that helps members discover and interact with independent providers and businesses. Unless expressly stated otherwise, providers and businesses are independent third parties and are responsible for their services, qualifications, pricing, availability, representations, and legal obligations.
3. Bookings and payments
Provider bookings and payments may be processed through third-party payment services. Prices, cancellation terms, refunds, tips, disputes, and transaction records shown at checkout or saved with a booking apply to that transaction. DogJabber may retain transaction records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, tax reporting, and legal compliance.
4. Reviews and community content
You may post only content you have the right to share. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may not contain unlawful, threatening, deceptive, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or manipulated content. DogJabber may moderate, limit, or remove content and may preserve moderation records.
5. Safety and blocking
DogJabber provides reporting and blocking tools, but no online platform can eliminate all risk. Use appropriate judgment before meeting another person or entrusting an animal to someone. Blocking is intended to stop future direct DogJabber contact between the affected accounts.
6. Referrals, rewards, and competitions
Referral earnings, prizes, promotional rewards, and competition eligibility are governed by the applicable program rules shown with the program. Fraud, manipulation, duplicate or self-referrals, artificial voting, chargebacks, reversals, or rule violations may make a reward ineligible or subject to reversal.
7. Intellectual property
DogJabber and its original software, branding, designs, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant DogJabber a non-exclusive license to host, display, process, resize, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate and promote the features you choose to use.
8. Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse DogJabber, scrape or access it through unauthorized automated means, interfere with security, evade access controls, manipulate ratings or competitions, commit fraud, harass others, publish unlawful content, or use another person's identity without permission.
9. Availability and changes
DogJabber may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted operation. Material changes to these Terms may be communicated through the site or account notices when appropriate.
10. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DogJabber is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DogJabber does not guarantee the conduct of members, providers, businesses, or other third parties. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Termination
You may stop using DogJabber and may request account deletion through Privacy & Safety. DogJabber may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal requirements, security risks, fraud, or material harm to the platform or community. Records that must be preserved for legitimate legal, financial, tax, safety, or dispute purposes may remain after account closure.

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through DogJabber’s published support channels. These Terms are subject to applicable United States law and any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
