DOGJABBER PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Effective September 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DogJabber handles information when you use our website, accounts, dog profiles, provider and business features, bookings, payments, referrals, reviews, messages, competitions, and related services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as account and profile details, dog information, photos and videos, messages, reviews, service information, business information, and support communications. We also process transaction, referral, device, security, and usage information needed to operate and protect DogJabber.

Payments, payouts, and tax information

Payment, payout, and tax services may be provided by third parties such as payment processors and tax-compliance providers. DogJabber does not need to store raw payment-card numbers or raw Social Security or taxpayer-identification numbers in ordinary application records. We may store provider references, status information, transaction identifiers, amounts, and other records needed for accounting, payouts, reporting, disputes, and compliance.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and profiles, power search and discovery, process bookings and payments, calculate referrals and earnings, deliver notifications, prevent abuse and fraud, moderate content, improve the service, comply with law, and protect DogJabber and its users.

Public information

Information you choose to publish may be visible to other members or the public, including public profiles, dog profiles, reviews, selected media, provider information, and business information. Private messages, private saves, payment details, and information marked private are not intended for public display.

When information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate DogJabber, including hosting, communications, payment, payout, tax, security, analytics, and fraud-prevention providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or at your direction.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Some financial, tax, fraud, security, dispute, and legal records may need to be retained after an account is closed or deletion is requested. Where appropriate, identifying information may instead be removed or anonymized.

Your privacy controls

Authenticated members can use Privacy & Safety to download core account data, request account deletion, cancel a pending deletion request, and manage blocked members. Additional rights may apply under state or other privacy laws.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security, so members should also protect their passwords and devices.

Children

DogJabber is not intended for children who are not legally able to create and manage an account under applicable law. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children in violation of applicable requirements.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as DogJabber evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the service when appropriate. Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through DogJabber’s published support channels or the Privacy & Safety area of your account.
